I just tried the guided regression for the first time and developed a massive headache toward the end. Is this common? I’m waiting to see if it starts to go away now.
I think I jumped lives in there. Started out in France for the first 3 or 4 minutes then ended up in England in front of a Tudor style house for the rest of it.
I’m amazed at the emotions I felt as I went through the different times and aspects. Wow. Still letting it all sink in.
Thanks

Hi Amanda,
It’s a little unusual for people to get that with the Mypastlife regressions, but it is quite a common occurence in regression overall. From my own experience of working with people who encounter this, it is virtually guaranteed to be owing to a build up emotional tension.
This is where you feel emotions inside, but they never quite complete the flow and become released.
It usually subsides quite qucikly, but writing down some thoughts and following the exercises in the e-books usually helps clear it away too.
Hope that’s useful.
Best wishes,
Andrew

Hi Tania,
Thanks for your question. Essentially you are always in control, but whether you hold the reigns tightly or let go is up to you. MOST people experience it as a day-dreamy state, either observing yourself in the third person or from first person perspective, but in quite a etached way. Sometimes you will get drawn in deeper, especially if you sart to connect with some feelings or emotions. However, you can open your eyes at any time if you wish, and walk away.
To put your mind at ease, just stay quite ‘conscious’ for the first times, so you get a feel of what to expect.
Hope that helps,
Best wishes,
Andrew
